God's Word Is Our Plumb-line
The Bible, as the Word of God, is our final authority for what we believe, teach, and do, both in this ministry and personal life. We uphold the fundamental biblical truths that define the Christian faith.
Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is Truth. ( John 17:17)
On secondary matters, where Bible-believing Christians have historically disagreed, we encourage personal freedom and constructive dialog. This position is reflected in a saying from the ancient Church:
"In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, charity; in all things, Jesus Christ."
With the Bible as our plumb-line, guided by the Holy Spirit, we established a set of values for our ministry to follow. These Foundational Values are the way we prayerfully pursue our mission and apply God's Word to direct our path. These values express the Biblical callings we humbly pursue in serving our Lord and advancing His Kingdom.
